Spa Policies
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled service time to check-in. Late arrivals may have their service shortened and no price adjustments will be made.
- Guests ages 16 + may enjoy massage and facial services. Teen guests are required to wear a bathing suit during any services performed behind closed doors.
- We recommend not bringing your cell phone, but if you do, please put it on SILENT. Cell phone use is not permitted in any spa areas.
- Please provide at least sixteen hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made outside the twelve-hour window will incur a 50% charge for the scheduled service. All no-shows will be billed 100% of the scheduled service price.
- Because credit card fraud is an ongoing concern, you agree upon payment that you are pleased with our service. If you have any questions about charges ask before your invoice is closed. Due to the nature of our business processed payment are not eligible for credit card chargebacks NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER SERVICES ARE RENDERED AND INVOICES CLOSED.

This self-guided treatment room is available in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions. Our staff will instruct you on the use of all options .
